I bought furniture at this location in November and my experience was a complete nightmare from the very start. Orders weren't correct, items were brought chipped, or something was missing from our items. My roommate and I not only spent quite a bit of money furnishing our entire apartment, but we spent a lot of time trying to fix all the errors.
This Sunday, we went in for one last complaint because again, something wasn't correct. At this point, my roommate and I lost complete patience and didn't want anything to do with this place anymore.
A gentleman by the name of Yohan completely turned our experience around. We were very upset walking in to the store, but he resolved every problem we had in such a calm, friendly and professional manner. I had no desire to spend another dollar at this place, but because of Yohan, I wouldn't mind spending another 5k! Thank you so much Yohan! You are amazing!
