Felt like I had to stop in here to write a quick review for this gym. This is the only Fitness 19 I have ever been a member at and hopefully the only gym I will need in the future. The price ($19 / $29) is unbeatable for the area for the facility. The locker rooms are standard, no sauna or tanning bed if you are into either of those. But that comes with the territory.
When I signed up they provided a free personal training session. I quickly scheduled and the workout was good. I felt the trainer knew what he was talking about and I did not feel pressured to continue utilizing the service.
There's a conveniently located GNC in the same plaza too.
