Gave this place a second try after the first attempt was during a very busy evening and employees were just getting acclimated from the grand opening. Went last evening, it was once again in disarray. Employees did not know the menu, no one managing tables and the food was not correct. I tried to substitute fries for the sweet potato tator tots and was denied by the owner/manager. My wife tried to send back a chicken sandwich which had spicy chili topping added to her chicken sandwich. The waiter sat the sandwich on the counter for five minutes, then he brought it back and said we ordered that way. The chili was too spicy and turns out they charged us $1.50 extra for this option. Our friends ordered a plain chicken sandwich with no mayo. Guess what, it came with everything and extra mayo. She sent it back and they just scraped all the toppings in a bowl and gave her a fresh top bun. The toppings in the bowl still had mayo all over it. We couldn't get napkins, it's like they were for sale. My wife's and I bill came to $47.00 for two of us, which is too expensive for the wrong food and horrible customer service. We will not go back!
