They were able to get me scheduled quickly although their hours aren't super convenient for those of us who work 8-5 Monday thru Thursday. The doctor seemed to be knowledgeable but I was thrown off when I was requested a full body skin cancer screen and while yes, he did look thru his loupes, he did not thoroughly check me as my clothing remained on. When I requested a pre-determination for a procedure his assistant told me they don't do pre-determinations so thankfully I declined the treatment because now I'm learning what a nightmare their billing department is. They don't send bills out but claim they do and then when you speak with them over the phone you're hung up on. Not a way to handle clients and this woman needs some training in customer service skills. There's so many options for excellent dermatologists in the area don't waste your time here.
