Nothing to do with Dr. Dixit however his staff is incompetent !!! Just moved to the Henderson area and needed a neurologist due to headaches and numb fingers on my right hand. Dr. Dixit came highly recommended even though he is located in Summerlin, I decided it was worth the drive.
On my first visit a month ago, I really liked Dr. Dixit, he suggested perhaps I had carpal tunnel syndrome and I would need two tests, a NCS and an EMG. So I had a document given to me with the date and time for these tests, upon showing up on time the office gal told me they do not have an appt for me scheduled!!! She said someone must have forgotten to submit the papers for test approval to Humana....so I told her to cancel my appt. for today and July and destroy my records as I would not be returning. What a shame that a good doctor lost a patient due to his office staff !!!
