I purchased a used bike from Lenny from out of state (California). I initially was interested in getting a commuter bike for work. After going to some local bike shops, I couldn't find anything I liked for under $2000, which was well over my budget. I looked around and came upon Lenny's bike store on the electric bike review forums. His prices were much cheaper than other bike stores and I was impressed with his speedy email responses to my questions. I decided to purchase a used bike sight unseen and have been very impressed by the bike and the service I received. IMO with Lenny's service and prices I would never buy from anyone else.
