Im DONE. I fired them today. They took a GREAT little mom and pop business and are running it into the ground! I called today to see if my 6 items were ready due to the fact that the delivery man screwed up twice, last two refills. Was scheduled for delivery btwn 1 and 3 and they showed up at my door at 8 pm in the dark! next time they said its coming on wed and it showed up out of the blue on Tuesday!
So today I confirmed it was ready for pick up, drove 30 minutes to the shop and then was told there are two items that need to be ordered!!!!! these are the same drugs i take every month and they've been filling my orders many months. He says I am truly sorry, she needs more training! REALLY? that's all ya got? I threw my hands up and left before I started going off the deep end!
I also tried to fill a compound injection prescription with about 5 ingredients and he wanted to arbitrarily delete one of them cause they don't use that product. REALLY? that sounds illegal and I will be looking into that one!
