Perhaps the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spend thousands shopping ULTA online and in the store. I wanted to see the color pallets in person so went to the store. Glad to see the store was packed with employees on early afternoon on a Thursday. However, employees were too busy socializing and when I asked for where to find product a few just pointed in a direction and never stopped their conversation. Even when I came back to ask again. You would think they would get the point?
It's nice to see young women with some great makeup on, would be nice if they could share their insight and assist their customers.
I am tempted to return all my online shopping in protest. But online was actually a good experience. I will dread ever going into this store again.
