I had been to ushampooch before many years ago, and e owner was vwry helpful and we planned to come back, but our dog experienced a reaction to the shampoo that was provided, so we decided against it. I tried again the other day, and had an absolutely terrible experience. I mentioned to the owner that our dog had had an allergic reaction, he immediately bristled and said no that is impossible, and began a crazy attitude regarding me having "called before". He then told me that my vet was completely wrong and that his shampoos had never done this to anyone. Well what about the person who called him? It had cost me 200 dollars to get my dog better before and we chose to just let it go, but to be accosted when I did tell him was just too much. He then was very snippy and rude telling me how people like myself overdry their dogs etc. I have a HUGE shorthaired dog who I have never dried in my life, I let him dry naturally. When it came time to leave, he charged me 20 dollars although every review I had read said 14. I will never go back, and will do everything I can to make sure anyone who does try to go hears my story. Absolutely ridiculous unprofesssional behavior.
