FANTASTIC! Definitely one of the better Vegas buffets I've been to. I was staying at the Cosmopolitan with a group of friends recently and we decided to check out the hotel's buffet. We absolutely loved it. The food is stellar and presented very well. I love that most of their food comes in individual cups, so the flavors don't awkwardly mix together as you pile up your plate. As with most buffets, they have their standard Asian and Latin fare, but I opted more for their meat - sausage, steak, ham, bacon (both thin and thick), and fried chicken. Mmmm!! They had great entree choices as well, from eggs Benedict over Canadian ham (for breakfast) and paella too! I absolutely loved the dessert, too! Their raspberry gelato, apple donut, and pastries were simply extraordinary. Service was decent and there wasn't much of a wait for us. There were 13 of us in our party and we were seated quickly. The food is on the pricier end - $44 per person for a lunch buffet is a bit much, but still good compared to some other places. I would definitely visit again if I was staying at the Cosmopolitan hotel!
