Visited this place on the basis of Yelp reviews. For computer-savvy people with relatively complex problems, I would honestly avoid this place. They charged me $200, formatted my hard drive unnecessarily, and never fixed the problem. When I brought the computer back because it was still nonfunctional, the owner (Michael) said he had no idea what was wrong and seemed annoyed that I found that concerning. Then he became belligerent (standing up so he could stare me down, raising his voice, etc.) when I let him know (politely) that I preferred that they not work on it anymore. I asked for a refund, but he told me there was "no way that was going to happen". Gee, thanks. In the end it was a faulty motherboard - a relatively simple diagnosis that does not require formatting of the hard drive. Unfortunately, I think these guys prey on the uninformed. They may have bells and whistles, but that doesn't replace expertise. I ended up having someone from PC Posse fix my computer. It took him 45 minutes.
