I have been to this location on three separate occasions and I have had a horrible customer service experience everytime. There is a female manager (Caucasian with short hair and what's glasses) who was completely horrid on two of the occasion and a male manager who was a little hefty in size who was also rude. They send coupons they do not honor for one reason or another. I've had my card charged multiple times in on visit. They are completely unaccommodating. For example, once they did not have tap water and you could not order a drink free of charge. So the options you were given was to either be thirsty or pay for something to drink. I've never been to a restaurant where water or some type of drink with your meal wasn't offered. I could go in depth, but as I sit here at the table waiting for my check to be picked up, I realize I'm never coming back .
