I have never been so disappointed with a moving service in my entire life! First of all when I decided to use the service I was told that the space in the truck would hold a one bedroom or a studio apartment. I had the option between using a pod or a truck space, The lady advised me that the truck was cheaper than the pod and that they hold the same amount of space. I moved from Chicago to Arizona, and Chicago ordinance doesn't allow the pod where the truck pick up in the city, so therefore I had to rent a U-Haul and spend an extra $160 and that's not including my movers. When we got to the truck, you u pack service station, we were showed it to where the truck would be loaded by my U-Haul. I was originally told that my weight limit was 2000 pounds, the space they gave me was 6 inches wide and they told me that I had to stack my boxes. Not once was I advised or informed of this information while booking this horrible service! I could barely fit mice tiny studio apartment into the small space, and all I had was a couch and a television and boxes! So today was my delivery day and it's about 100° in Arizona and me and my movers are sitting here in the sun about to have a heat stroke. We confirmed the move with the manager to deliver at 2 PM it is now 3:40 PM and the truck driver apparently got sick and had to turn around and go to lower Buckeye. They are so unorganized that the dispatcher can't even get a hold of the truck driver or tell me where they're at. I finally called you upacks customer service and spoke with Alex B, I advised him that I had three movers that I'm paying hourly and he was very rude, and said that he's sorry that the driver got sick and he would refund me $75 for the money I was to pay my movers. I have been paying for two hours to have my movers sit here in the sun! This whole experience with this company has been a complete disaster! Look up any of her other service besides this one, you will save yourself a lot of money and headache!
