I went here for quite awhile and was always satisfied with their service. One day last summer, I walked in and saw the same lady that always did my eyebrows (I never knew her name). As we were talking, she (for whatever reason) felt the need to inform me I had put on weight and asked me if I was pregnant. I couldn't even believe her. I walked out in tears and to this day am shocked she has a job in customer service.
