I was a resident of Camden Sotelo for about 5 months and I have a very disappointing experience with the office people of this apartment. After three months of have left this place, I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency for fee charges. When I left the place I provided my new address my email address and my home address in case they needed to reach me for any remaining fees, I even email the office confirming that I have paid what I had greed too and they did not have the courtesy to reach out to me; instead they sent the bill to a collection agency. Please be aware that the rent price does not include numerous small charges and fees. The place is very clean however it is an over priced apartment; it is ok but not great as you will think it should be for the price you pay.I do not recommend this place at all. ripoff is my best description to this apartment complex.
