We are having a wedding in Jan of 17 and we have been trying to get things set so guests can call and reserve rooms on a group reservation list. First there was no listing of the wedding party. Today, Oct 30, 16 we have tried 3times to call and get information and 3times we have been disconnected by those answering the phone at the reservation desk. We were transferred then disconnected. How are our guests suppose to make reservations when they are hung up on? It looks like one section has no idea what the other section does or can do. We cant even check to ensure we have reservations there which were made 3 months ago. Of course we have already paid more than 1/2 the cost of the wedding. Not looking good thus far...What willl the actual day be like? How many wont have the information there is a wedding suppose to take place?????????????
