If there was a way to not have any stars, I would have granted that. This place deserves negative stars.
VERY VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY RUDE employees.
I purchased some baseboards and corner rounds from this place. I realized I was short 11 of the corner rounds, ordered an additional 15 on 8/26. I was told that they would be there on 8/27 or 8/28 by the latest. I arrived to pick up the corner rounds on the morning of 8/28 only to find out that they forgot to order. No one called me to tell me that they forgot to order or "missed the truck", which seems to be their ammo (I actually called on 8/27 to see if they arrived and they told me that my shipment missed the truck- wow. How about being honest and say that they forgot to order). I had installers coming to finish the job on Friday, 8/29 but no one there seemed to care or wanted to compensate at all for their lack of performance. These people are seriously rude and don't want to help in any way. My husband went to pick up the corner rounds today and to the same treatment I did. They are sure fast to take your money, but won't do a thing about helping you out when they forget to order your product and cause problems with your installers. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS! Just take a look at their BBB record. There are now 3 complaints about this business and they are not accredited by the BBB. Go figure. Do you your homework before buying from this place.
