First, the hold times for this company are never under 10 minutes, no matter what time of day. Second, they have incredibly poor communication abilities. We ordered a breast pump and then received an email asking is to confirm our birth date. So, we replied to the email as instructed, but no response. We received another email asking for the same thing, so we called instead. They said they now had all information and the order should be processed. Fast forward two weeks later we receive a letter in the mail saying they could not reach us, dated after the phone call. We call in and they said the order was cancelled because our insurance didn't cover it and that they knew this before we even called. It makes no sense why they wouldn't have told us during the first phone call then. They said they didn't know why they didn't tell us. We are now up against our due date without a pump no thanks to Edgepark. This place only survives because our opaque and fragmented health care system where they make their money by billing insurance. Otherwise, there's no reason whatsoever to deal with them.
