Working with Armando was a pleasure. The assembling and service areTERRIBLE. The delivery guy forgot to deliver the pillows. I call them and they say we will be able to deliver it only on the next available date, which they can't confirm!
The best part is the guy who assembled the sofas, forgot to untie the zip tags that prevent the reclining action during assembly, I had to do it myself.
Then the even more awesome part, the bed frame that was assembled had the hook to open the storage drawers pointing inwards and the centre column hanging in the air!
I let them now about this and they said the next available service appointment is after 15 days.
Then I wonder, what the hell did you charge me for when you said delivery and assembly?
Bottom line- your sales guys are very respectable but your delivery is plain simple bad!
Call to escalate the issue to a manager puts me on hold for atlas 12 minutes, and I am still not connected.
