Oh me oh my APP COOKIE CO. As a dessert, specifically cookie, connoisseur, my hopes were high, and they were most certainly justified. They have an insane number of choices and it is truly impossible to narrow down which sounds best. They're definitely a little pricey ($18 for a dozen) but I think it's worth it, especially to get them hot out of the oven. It takes about 20 minutes to bake the cookies.
The location next to Pizza Hut is definitely odd, but the store itself is very well designed. It has a very hipster vibe, likely derived from its Boone roots. They even have one (maybe two) vegan cookies! A+ App Cookie CO. I'll be back.
