The absolute WORST shopping experience I have ever had! I enter the building and go to the store on the second floor, I am greeted by the owner and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular, I thought to myself, "Maybe this wont be that bad!" and then it all went down hill from there. I was taking a look around and all of a sudden I just heard yelling coming from the front of the store, as it turns out, it was the owner yelling at the manager about a skirt he can't find, or doesn't exist because he quote on quote, "known every item in his store", after some more yelling at each other (the were multiple people in the store, most left because of the awkward situation) the owner found the item he said didn't exist, and proceeded to yell even more at the manager as to why she didn't know where that the skirt was there! I couldn't believe that they were doing this in front of all the customers! completely un-proffesional! To kind of break things up a bit, i asked about a beautiful vintage Louis Vuitton beauty case, the owner said in a snooty tone that it wasn't for sale and was only for show. I'm sorry, but, why would you have it on the floor if you were not planning on selling it? In the front of the store there were two more Louis Vuitton beauty cases, these ones were for sale but were OBVIOUS FAKES, that scared me more then anything that he was risking his own reputation by displaying AND WILLING TO SELL a FAKE! I suggest that everybody avoids this place like the plague! Hands down the WORST vintage store in all of Toronto.
