We got pretty good croissant egg sandwiches on a layover here a few days before Thanksgiving - not mindblowingly good but better than I expected from an airport. The main reason I'm writing this review is that they went above and beyond the call of duty when my boyfriend left his jacket at the table when we went to catch our flight. Calls to the airport lost & found and HMS Host, which operates a lot of the restaurants in the airport (but not this one), proved fruitless, but someone from the restaurant called in response to a comment we left on its website. She said she didn't have it, but that she would check - he gave her his contact info but assumed nothing would come of it.... but then his jacket turned up at our doorstep a week later! The response was greatly appreciated, and we'll definitely go back next time we're in CLT.
