I've been going to the office in Henderson since about 2004/05 and I enjoy it. I have read the other review on here about the staff and service and will not agree nor disagree with the comments. I will say that when that review was written there was some nurse practitioners in the office that could have used some lessons in listening to issues and speaking with patients. They are no longer there. You can't be upset with Dr. Tang as she only has one side of the story when she enters the room if it goes that far, and it is her job to get to the bottom of the matter, and correct the issue if needed. I have an irregular work schedule, so I don't always get to see the same person when I go there, so I have had my far share of having to explain why I needed what I need. Overall I am happy with all of the staff and will continue to keep going there even though I'm not a fan of going to the doctors....who is?
