As an absentee home owner, I need an honest and reliable handyman to help me out when I need it. Attila fits that bill and helped me out when I needed him.
I had melted blinds that needed replacement before the HOA started fining me. Attila understood the urgency and worked with my tenant to get the job done as soon as possible. Even on the day he was supposed to start the job, my tenant was not responding, but he didn't give up .. he kept calling until he got through and waited at my unit until the tenant came back from an out of town trip. He got to work immediately and sent me a text when we was done, along with pictures of the job.
