I love this location! Its not only because its not some 10x10 in a grocery store or regular branch where you wait in line for 10 minutes. They have a drive-up with 2 lanes, outside atm and the inside is beautiful, inviting and the tellers are great!! They recognize me even though I'm only in there once or twice a month. The location is easy to drive into and there is always parking. They always have cookies and coffee and occasionally someone playing the piano.
I signed up at this branch 3 years ago and although I have been convinced at times that I was going to go to a larger bank company..I'm still there and after this week, I'm not going anywhere!!!
I recently ran into problems with my gym (not naming names or anything LA Fitness) and ended going through BBB but I was charged for months I didn't sign up for which ended me up in the negatives and was charged almost $900 in overdraft fees!!! They immediately refuned me back $206. Which helped for the time being. When everything was corrected with the gym, my bank refunded the rest of the $680 back into my account with very few questions!! I am very impressed by them and will continue with them for years to come!!! I recommend them if you are looking to leave the big guys!!!
