The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Her lack of compassion is not fit for a place where many people come heartbroken looking for their lost pet or excited ready to adopt a new family member. Her attitude and tone when asked questions was distasteful. She has ruined my experience when I was clearly emotional over leaving behind my stray dog and I'm sure she has ruined the experiences of many others. The staff in the back who took care of my stray dog was very kind, however. We need more of those kind hearted people working the front!
