I wouldn't recommend this rental, the appliances suck, the neighbors are inconsiderate and the people that use the pools are inconsiderate/irresponsible. 4 out of 6 appliances have not worked, maintenance is dingy. The gate seems to work every other day or some don't know how to use the gate so they back up to busy street waiting to get in. The neighbors throw trash on the ground and dry their laundry in garages, which smells horrid! There has been a few parents that have left their children at the pool unattended or don't pay attention to them at all. The signs at the pools clearly state children under 15 cannot be left unattended. One mom left 5 children with 1 child being deaf with the oldest maybe being 10. Another mother completely ignored her children with her back to them while consuming alcoh, 1 child clearly cannot swim yet. The pool gates are propped open with rocks or not closed all the way to let their friends in/out who are not tenants. Music is constantly blaring, people are very disrespectful, signs states headphones.
