The Good: The physician assistant who saw me seemed to genuinely want to help me. Important note: That does not mean she succeeded. The Bad: After filling out my paperwork I had a roughly 20 minute wait before I saw a provider. This was with no patients besides myself in the lobby and a single patient in the back being seen. When I was finally seen, the PA failed to improve the situation and I left out $50 with nothing but a bruise to show for it. The Ugly: While working with me the PA stepped away and spent roughly 5 minutes on a non-critical phone call discussing another patient's medication. The issue wasn't time sensitive, so I was left with a distinct feeling that customer service was low on the priority list for this clinic. In addition, though the clinic claims to take cash payments, this is a misleading statement. They will accept cash in payment for services, as long as you still leave a credit card on file. Were I not to have had a credit card, I would not have been able to obtain service there.
