Really liked the vet and techs but we were suckered into the preventive plan which was a big waste of money. It was supposed to be for a year only. They never explained that you had to contact them in writing to cancel it from renewing for a second year. I called to inquire why I was still being charged and then they tell me you have to cancel it in writing and they would do me the courtesy of cancelling it so I asked since I already paid for two extra months if I could bring my kitten in for the last of her shots they said no because they are doing me the courtesy of cancelling the second year that I did not sign up for. I will never go back to this vet. Very sad with the treatment from the front office staff.
