I came in as a new patient. I had to fill out the new patient packet but I had to ask for it after waiting for 15 mins. When I did the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and I better hurry and finish it or I wasn't going to get my appt. They ended up getting me in very quickly. I seen Becky Gonzales and I thought she was great. She listened. She was slightly blunt but in a nice funny way. I felt very comfortable. The overall experience was good. The rooms are very cold tho!
