I would have given them a better rating because the doctors we have seen have been good. My problem with them is I called today at 3pm to let them them know my dog is NOT doing well after a well visit with them yesterday. They drew blood from my dog and he has been wheezing and whimpering since early afternoon today. I called to bring him in and they said they didn't have time!! didn't have time to see a SICK dog!!! BULL _HIT!!! Now it's 10pm and I'm sitting here with a sick dog and will be up ALL night to watch over him which scares me to death! We've had a "premium" pet health care plan going on 7 years now with 5 of those years were back east. It's for reasons like this in which we have the pet insurance but what good is it when the doctor REFUSED to see my dog even after telling the receptionist there was something NOT right with him. This is the second Banfield in Chandler we have gone to the first one on Germann St. In Chandler we went to back in 2013 and they are totally INCOMPETENT, so we ended up here at the Chandler Blvd. location. I'm beginning to believe that this location ONLY cares about MONEY!! they DONT truly care about mine or anyone else's sick pet!! We moved here from back east and loved our Banfield back home. They truly cared about ALL the pets they saw. I think it's the ENTIRE Arizona area that has a bad Banfield Hospital System. Anyone know of a good veterinarian in Chandler? please respond to this post as after tonight I'm canceling my pet care policy and finding a Vet that CARES about my pet when he's sick and is available!! ALL AZ. Banfield Pet Hospitals need to have the Corporate office close them down! They ALL need to find caring and competent people running and doctors that CARE about the animals they serve in these hospitals!!
Well NOW on 9/15/ 15 I would recommend everyone STAY Away from Banfield Chandler location I give them -negative 1000 rating!! doctors are incompetent and dangerous to treat - animals!! Because of the doctor Refusing see my dog on Wednesday 9/23/15 he has a 50/ 50 of having his back legs permanent paralysis!!
