My note 3 stopped working ... they did NOT want to replace it ... I asked for a manager because the one I was dealing with was horrible !!! He was rude to me talked in the most disrespectful tone i have heard in YEARS ... they refused to replace my phone and refused to give me the district manager info. I called customer service and received a new phone next day air .. WHAT WAS SO HARD ABOUT THAT... he really talked to me like I was HIS 3 year old child .. horrible .. I honestly will be going back to Verizon
