I tried to set up an appointment for hair extensions and I was treated terribly by the female receptionist, please don't attend this location . I am staying at the Encore and wanted to go to the salon at the Wynn do to dinner plans after, and she keept asking me questions as to why I didn't call to the salon in my own hotel , and why I was calling with my cell phone instead of using my rooms phone , she also asked what room number I was staying . Arrogantly telling me that both salons are the same and didn't believe I was a staying at the Encore! Just super awkward questions haha nothing to do about what I needed . She was super aggressive and rude . I told her money wasn't the problems I just needed my hair done by tomorrow and she kept being rude about it . Not worth it . I will make sure my bridal party next week does NOT attend either of the salons.
Update : Same arrogant receptionist called me to tell me that our call was disconnected and that if I wanted an appointment to call in and confirm that I didn't have an appointment yet . The message was super rude and I had the call right after I posted the comment above .
Spiteful behavior and arrogant receptionist does not make me feel comfortable about their service . Please don't attend
