This is all based on my personal experiences and observations and in no way fabricated or exaggerated. Nor is this an attempt at hurting anyone's business. I would give this gym a zero if I could. Dirty, not maintained, poorly managed by "owners-partners". Dust bunnies EVERYWHERE, broken mirrors, damaged walls, ceiling, cracked pads on numerous pieces of equipment gone ignored since new ownership took over last April. Mismatched dumb bells, including a large group of them that lie near the "employee entrance", which is really an emergency exit. Money spent on advertising, with false claims of upscale locker rooms, to bring people in. New membership plans are absurd. Read the fine print, folks. $9.99/mo is a LIMITED four-day per week access plan. Emailed corporate only to be included in an email that probably should not have been forwarded to me that stated the author would "go off on this member". Unprofessional and disrespectful. Bright side? Some of the staff is dedicated, friendly, and caring. Too bad. The place has had so much potential. Save your money and avoid frustration. Go somewhere else. The location does not make up for the countless negatives.
