Pro's: -Very nice staff -Reliable service (Internet and TV) -Shaw go wifi Cons: -EXPENSIVE. This is the most important point. Even if you want the most basic level of service ($55/month for internet) -Price goes up a few $'s per service every year without proper warning. -Bill errors frequently. -Services can't be cancelled over the phone until equipment is returned, which you have to drop off yourself (scammy). -No love for customer loyalty (I've been a Internet customer since ~1996), discounts go to new customers only. Internet: I switched my Internet to Juce Internet (www.juce.ca) as they charge ~$33 for what Shaw (and Telus) charge $55 for. It is also unlimited. Cable: I kept Cable TV only because Telus doesn't offer it in my building. Phone: Shaw phone sat unused for 6 months, but had to pay for it the entire time, because I kept forgetting to return their silly box (even though I called to have the service disconnected).
