I love this little place in the Strip! You step into the store and feel like you're back in the 70's. I like the way the shop is set up; even though it's very small, you can actually watch the employees making the donuts right in front of you on an assembly line. The donuts themselves are all one flavor. They are a cake consistency, which is my favorite type of donut. The toppings are what differentiate the donuts from one another. Some of them are pretty innovative, like maple bacon and samoa. My absolute favorite is the mocha donut, and I also love the raspberry lemonade when I'm looking for something more fruity. Peace Love and Little Donuts is one of my go-to places to take friends who are visiting to try a "taste of Pittsburgh." I also love picking them up and taking them along with me to bring as hostess gifts. I really would like to give it 4 and a half stars because I think it's such a fun place, but I would like to see them make some different flavors of the donuts themselves. They could open up so many more options for donuts and appeal to more people even if they would just add in chocolate donuts as well as the traditional flavor. In any case, Peace Love and Little Donuts is a must-try while you're in Pittsburgh!
