What a great experience whenever I come into House of Diamonds. Nothing but pure excellence in service and inventory. Brent is an amazing individual. Super personable and cares about his clients. I have only bought smoke items but when I need a big one he will be the first one I visit.
I got new cuff links and also got several watch batteries switched out. To care the way they do and how great I was treated for such small purchases was phenomenal. I know that they take care of everyone from small to big purchases like they did with me. It flows through the entire store. Everyone was very welcoming and again I can't say enough of how amazing their service is.
The second time being here, I got a handshake and a straight look into my eye. This is how it's supposed to be done. I will be back for sure. Thanks everyone for making me have a great experience.
