Oh my, the BEST product, but even better is their knowledge of everything to cook their top quality meats. If you want to impress anyone with your cooking prowess at a dinner party or date or treat yourself solo, you can't get better than their knowledge about any meats. Don't bother going to buy steak or roast anywhere else. At holiday time, book early for turkeys and crazy delicious hams. This is the benchmark for true, old-time customer service. If ever in doubt, ask for Ed, he is the best. Their crafted prepared products like kabobs and stuffed chicken cannot be missed.
