Crystal is AMAZING!! About 4 years ago I had a horrendous experience, which made me apprehensive to trust anyone with my hair again. A coworker of mine at the time had told me about Prova Salon. Her hair always looked flawless, so I decided to give them a try. The first stylist I went to did okay. I liked the salon, so when I was due for another cut and color, I decided to go back, but request a different stylist... After checking Yelp, of course. That's how I found out about Crystal. From my first cut and color, I was sold! I've been going to Crystal regularly now for over 3 years. Her coloring, highlighting, and cuts are always on point!! I never know exactly what I want, I usually give her a very general idea to work with, we'll discuss, and in the end my hair ALWAYS looks fabulous. She is thorough, and explains what and why she's doing what she's doing. She is such a genuinely nice person, and excellent at reading whether or not you're up for conversation, or just prefer to let her do her thing while you do yours. I'd love to keep her a secret, so she doesn't get too booked up, but it was Yelp reviews that helped me find her, so I guess this is me paying it forward. Although, I usually just go for highlights, cut, and style, I know Crystal does it all, and she truly does a fantastic job! Plus, she is very reasonably priced for her skill level.
