UPDATE:
A nail already broke. No surprise since ken made the acrylics thinner than my natural nail. Never had a new set break, only sometimes after several fills. Very disappointed. Management has contacted me attempting to fix the situation, however I have no interest in returning, even for free.
Terrible salon. By far the worst manicure I've ever received. The nail technician, Kenneth, was nothing but rude. First insisted that ombré manicures are "impossible". Just because you're incapable of doing basic polish designs that every 13y/o does at home doesn't make it impossible.
Asked how I wanted the acrylics filed, angled in, straight, or angled out. I said straight and somehow they're still angled in. Awesome.
After settling on a French with leopard print accents, he did the full set efficiently. Then passed me off to someone else for polish so he could go do a pedicure.
All around his attitude and tone were rude and it was a very unpleasant experience that put me on edge.
I'm very relaxed about my manicures but this was unacceptable, especially for the price which was ridiculous. For $70 for an acrylic set i expect much more from them.
