I filled out the online request and within the hour, they called me and setup an appointment for that day. Eric was the rep who came to the house, he was great. He took his time to look over everything and I felt was extremely through, he answered all my questions and said that we would have a quote before the end of day, the quote was a fair one for all the work, and the 10 year parts and labor warranty was great.
