I visit this location everyday between 5:30 am and 6:00 am and can honestly say, that at that time, it's down to business and all about my workout. People, including the staff are generally friendly and helpful but aloof as they should be for a downtown fitness club. The premise is sprawling with all the equipment one could ever need and the instructors are very knowledgeable and certainly know how to motivate and get yeah going. The place is clean and membership very affordable - only challenge, since the club is very accessible it gets really busy during peak hours.
