I decided that after years of renting from Green Valley storage to leave a review.
We chose this storage facility because of the location (close to our home). However, prior to renting here, my husband used to purchase storage units that renters defaulted on. He would often comment on Irvin "the manager" saying that he is quite abrasive, but in a good way, as he has zero tolerance for those that do not respect others property and or space, and is very mindful of the units, the tenants, and any possible riff-raff.
While the location is a big plus, more importantly is our safety and the safety of our personal belongings! We feel that our personal possessions are safer under Irvin and his wife Janet's watch than in our home. Now that is HUGE! We often spend hours in our unit working, either alone, or together and we feel very safe!
For those who have criticized Irvin for confronting possible "riff-raff", or questionable situations, due to his stellar and mindful management, shame on you! And honestly, I cannot help but wonder why you would not welcome that type of management.
As for people who leave their vehicles / moving trucks unattended... really? Please, do have consideration for other renters. My husband and I go to our rental unit at least 3-4 times a week on any given day. When vehicles are in the way, it is very annoying.
If you are seeking a rental facility where you can store your possessions and feel that they will be watched over and protected, as well as the safety of your well being while at the facility and a place that is clean, then Green Valley Storage is the place for you! We are very appreciative for this!
