I usually get the same thing, and a small, since I shouldn't have dairy. The staff are courteous and pretty efficient. What I had a difficult time adjusting to was the sour odor. They were closing and I a assuming had already mopped some areas of the restaurant, since there were no sitting customers. What ever they are using is disgusting and needs to be changed or thrown away. Just don't go the pine sol route, then it will smell like a bathroom.
