These guys were amazing last night. After seeing my general doctor on Monday for a pretty severe ear infection, I woke up at 12:30am Wednesday in unbearable pain. Thankfully, Dignity Health was around the corner so I headed over. Dr. Barnes and Nurse Pam were amazing! They kept me laughing while they took care of me. They also provided me extra medication to take home (just in case) and provided me with an ENT specialist to follow up with. I cannot imagine being the overnight crew in an ER is easy, but they were kind, professional, and overall caring people. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend this place over a traditional hospital ER anyday.
