Went there yesterday with the family for Mother's day, the service was awful. There was 7 of us and we had to keep trying to find our server to get more tea, not once did our server ask how anything was. I arrived after my mom and sister (we were coming from church and got stuck at a traffic signal that was out),when I did get there the server NEVER ONCE asked me if I needed or wanted anything. I guess that she just assumed that my kids and I were alright with what very little food was left from what my mom, sister and nieces were picking at. It wasn't at all busy, they didn't appear short staffed, just sheer negligence.
The icing on the cake was being on the phone with a friend this morning and her asking me what I did for mother's day and her responding that the last her and get husband were there they had awful service too. It was just the two of them and it wasn't busy then either so it couldn't be attributed to the size of their party, just bad service all around. My friend said her and her husband will never be going back, my mother said the same yesterday and I have to say I agree with both of them. Such a shame too because their menu choices are vast and the food wasn't bad.
