Disappointing. I heard that JM's was one of the better subs, but I disagree; at least here. The staff was cocky and didn't know the business. For example, when asking for water, he said he didn't have any but could give me some water from the sink.
I spent nearly $60 for 4 cold subs to go with one side and no drinks.
By the way, as I was leaving I saw bottled water in a cooler. I pointed it out and his response was he forgot it was there.
