I go to this sears frequently and sometimes on daily basis. It is steps away from my home and it carries good brands with tremendous discounts. For an outlet the store is fairly clean and organized and you can find your way around easily. What I like about the store are the regular dedicated customers who frequent the store almost on daily basis and who almost know each other's and exchange ideas about the special products offered that day or the day before, and also compare notes about the staff. The majority of the staff is wonderful, Nawal is very pleasant and always smiling, Anna is very helpful and always makes you feel at home and welcomed, another staff lady (I forgot her name) who is also very nice and helpful. But there is also those two mean staff who will not answer questions let alone help, and those you should avoid. For everything else, this Sears offers a wonderful and friendly shopping experience.
