This is probably one of the worst LA Fitnesses I have ever been to. The management team needs to step their game up. If it were for the awesome sales manager and training manager, I would never come to this gym. A lot of the treadmills treds need to be replaced or the machines in general, if you turn that machine on it barley moves and if it does you have to hold onto the handle bars because it will jerk you and youll probably fall and hurt yourself. The other day after my work out I went to the steam to relax and cool down from my workout and the handle to the door was broken, there was no caution tape or sorry note place on the door or anything, after getting passed that and walking in it smelled like straight pee and sweat and its been that way for about 3 days or more days now. And this past Monday, the pool man was in the building working on the hot tub, which by the way was disgusting and dirty. But instead of letting all the water out and cleaning the tub, the pool man started filling the the tub back up with water fresh water, when there was still about 1/4 of the OLD GREEN water still in there. (Now i know that is a health code violation). Then dont get me started on the bathroom, with no toilet paper, and one of the customers going to Walmart to buying some, just to be able to use.
LA Fitness Thank You for showing your customers how you truly feel about them, keeping dirty water in the pools, stinky steam rooms, no toilet paper, and fault machines and equipment. There is a good chance Ill be moving my business to the LA Fitness across the freeway off the 202.
P.S. Again if it wasn't for the sales or training managers, I would not come to this gym, and they may not even be enough to keep me here personal.
