I'm just finishing my 9 day Crash Course in Scottsdale, and this would be a 5 star rating if I could've taken EVERY class with Randy Helfman! As It stands I got 4 classes (he is in Scottsdale on Wednesdays) and I took his Workshop (class 111) on Saturday. I can not stress how much I learned in the Workshop! For new students - skip the upgraded package, don't buy the flash cards or the cd, just TAKE THE WORKSHOP! The other instructors, for the most part, are fine. They cover the material, but none with the enthusiasm as Randy - he seems to really care about people passing in their first try. My second tip: take as many days as you can in Glendale. It will be worth the drive!
